3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Cicero Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq. Nothing provided here or returned by a linked tool is a consumer report. It may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Links to Outside Sites
Government portals, archives, and outside services, including sponsored search tools, operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their content, availability, fees, results, or data practices.
5. No Warranties
The service is offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that content is complete, accurate, or current, or that an outside portal will remain available or return a particular result.

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the changed terms.
10. Cutting Off Access
Access may be blocked or restricted, without notice, for a violation of these terms or abuse of the service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. New York’s public-records law is the Freedom of Information Law, Public Officers Law Article 6, §§84–90.
